Difference Between Transparent Plate (Invisalign) and Transparent Braces
 

• The biggest feature of transparent plate and its difference from other treatment methods is that you can put it on and take it off whenever you want.
• Transparent plate (Invisalign) is created specifically for the person by taking a mold of the teeth. In transparent plates, transparent corrective plates are used instead of wires and appliances.
• In other braces, there may be some difficulties especially during the adaptation process. For example, patients using braces have to be a little more careful about eating and drinking.
• Eating hard and sticky foods can damage the braces. In addition, situations such as food getting stuck or getting stuck between the wires do not occur because transparent plates are removed.
• Situations that require an adaptation process such as getting used to braces, cleaning, and eating do not occur in transparent plates.
• The biggest difference between transparent plates and transparent braces is that transparent plates are not preferred in every situation.
